Marketing Action Plan
This plan is designed for credit unions seeking a more aggressive approach to marketing. It includes coordinated marketing action recommendations for products and services currently offered as well as products/service anticipated being added during the term of the plan, typically 12 months.
It includes a full action calendar and a budget.
The credit union can elect to implement the plan with or without the support of an MMSS consultant. Consultations, when desired, are based on a quarterly meeting cycle and focus on organizing activities for the upcoming quarter.
